How do I register with your agency?

You can contact the local office to set up an appointment or you can fax a resume and a coordinator will contact you to setup an interview.

What is the process for registering?

When you arrive in one of our branch offices an ASSURANCE representative will greet you and start the application process. You will be asked to bring two forms of I.D. with you, a resume and address of two employment references. You will then complete a comprehensive application form, which includes a W-4 and an I-9. You will then be tested on a P.C. to determine your skill levels in all software applications that you have experience in. After this has been completed, a representative will review with you both your test scores and your experience. This is the time when your preferences for assignment are reviewed so that we may assist you in locating a position that compensates you at your desired hourly rate, in the geographical location that you prefer and the industry you are interested in.

How do I receive an assignment?

After you have completed the application process, you will be placed on our availability list and will be contacted immediately for all positions requiring your skill level and meeting you preferences for pay and geographical location.

How do I get paid through ASSURANCE?

You will be required to keep a weekly timesheet documenting the hours you have worked. At the end of the week, the timesheet must be signed by your supervisor and faxed, mailed or dropped off at the ASSURANCE Office. Your timesheet will be processed in our payroll office and a paycheck will be ready on Thursday of each week. You may either pick up your paycheck or have it mailed directly to your home.

What if I'm interested in permanent opportunities?

We offer many temp to hire positions and we will also activate your resume with our permanent placement division.
